Rohit founded The Mortgage Academy with the belief that leadership effectiveness and execution discipline are critical drivers of performance in mortgage and housing finance institutions. At TMA, he designs learning journeys and facilitates programs focused on leadership transitions, execution effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.
Rohit brings over 17 years of experience across the banking and financial services ecosystem, including roles in frontline business, leadership, and capability development. His work is grounded in the operational realities of mortgage institutions, enabling participants to connect learning directly with day-to-day business challenges.
He works closely with organizations to design and deliver leadership development interventions that translate insights into practical action on the job.
